If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we give our customers up to 30 days (after receipt of goods) to return the product(s) to us for a refund or exchange after trying them on.
We only authorise returns that are returned in the same condition as received, with original tags attached and placed back in original packaging and folding correctly and neatly in the return bag.
Christmas present orders: Items purchased between the 31 October to the 31 December are entitled to an extended exchange period. This extended exchange period ends at midnight on the 15 January. Customers may request an exchange for product or credit on a future order. Please note, the normal 14 days return for refund policy still applies on all orders.

Great backpack, nice soft leather and well-made, however the padded back is a little flimsy, which at the same time makes the backpack more flexible. The dimensions on the website are completely wrong, because it is smaller than expected. It actually measures 37cm x 25cm x 11cm and definitely not 40cm x 30 x 16cm. My wife is a lucky lady, because accidentally she got it as a present, mainly because it is a bit too small for my needs. Lovely backpack though, it doesn't have a laptop sleeve if anybody needs one, but it has a bonus in the form of a zip right on top, which is not mentioned in a description. The leather flap on top wouldn't be able to keep everything securely inside and the zip does the job.
Great quality product that is very well made and is great value for money.
Just the right size and what I needed
A good size, good quality and a reasonable price in my view.
Theres very few times when ordering off Amazon that you actually order something quite cheap and yet somehow its inexplicably far better quality than what youve paid for. This is one of those very few occasions. I purchased the black and green one to keep all my dogs brushes and grooming items together and was so impressed i ordered the brown. The brown is even better. Theres a lovely smell of real leather, its really well made, nice size for a mans few toiletries and honestly what an absolute bargain for something this nice. When I bought the 1st it was £19.99, a steal for what you get. The brown I bought later was £22.99 as over time the price has gone up. Still an absolute bargain. Honestly if youre on the fence you wont be disappointed in the quality. Id recommend the brown as its absolutely beautiful in person.
