If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we give our customers up to 30 days (after receipt of goods) to return the product(s) to us for a refund or exchange after trying them on.
We only authorise returns that are returned in the same condition as received, with original tags attached and placed back in original packaging and folding correctly and neatly in the return bag.
Christmas present orders: Items purchased between the 31 October to the 31 December are entitled to an extended exchange period. This extended exchange period ends at midnight on the 15 January. Customers may request an exchange for product or credit on a future order. Please note, the normal 14 days return for refund policy still applies on all orders.

Great backpack, nice soft leather and well-made, however the padded back is a little flimsy, which at the same time makes the backpack more flexible. The dimensions on the website are completely wrong, because it is smaller than expected. It actually measures 37cm x 25cm x 11cm and definitely not 40cm x 30 x 16cm. My wife is a lucky lady, because accidentally she got it as a present, mainly because it is a bit too small for my needs. Lovely backpack though, it doesn't have a laptop sleeve if anybody needs one, but it has a bonus in the form of a zip right on top, which is not mentioned in a description. The leather flap on top wouldn't be able to keep everything securely inside and the zip does the job.
Great quality product that is very well made and is great value for money.

When I saw the ad and the price, I thought it sounds too good to be true. But it is as good as it looks in the ad.Soft leather, nicely finished stitching, spot on design and quality throughout. Metallic zippers and middle of the handles, all it's in the details.It is left to be seen regarding durability and such. But for now I am very happy. The price is great for its quality.
Very good quality backpack. Size is just what is needed for the laptop. Nice details (stitching, contrast leather, beautiful cotton lining of pistachio color which compliments tan leather greatly). Add some pictures to appreciate the details.
